Adi Badri is a forest area and archaeological site situated in Yamunanagar District of north Indian state of Haryana. The new (2014) Haryana government, headed by Hindu nationalist party BJP, announced setting up of the Adi Badri Heritage Board and its plans to revive the mythological and sacred river by creating a new water channel along the supposed path of the river. ==References==
